Rooster Brands, LLC (“Rooster Brands”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information in connection with its services (“Services”) made available at www.camprooster.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal information.
Information Collected
Users of the Site include: (a) individuals associated with entities that own or operate camps and that have
chosen to participate in the Services (“Camp Providers”), (b) individual registered parent users
(“Parents”), and (c) unregistered browsers of the Site.
Users may be required to provide their name, e-mail address, phone number, address, and other contact
information when registering and using the Services.
When using the Services, Parents may provide personal information regarding their children who are
interested in enrolling in camps provided by Camp Providers (“Campers”). Camper information provided
by Parents may include Camper name, birthdate, picture, gender, school grade, allergies, health
insurance provider, medical conditions, and prescription drug usage.
Rooster Brands outsources credit card processing to Stripe, an online credit card processor. We do not

security measures, currently available at www.stripe.com/help/security.
You may share certain personal information with us when you connect with us through social networking
platforms or applications. Please refer to the privacy policy and settings of the social networking website
or application to determine how you may adjust our permissions and manage the interaction between
Rooster Brands and your social networking account or your mobile device.
Cookies and Tracking Mechanisms
Rooster Brands uses "cookies" to identify users when they are logged into the Services. A cookie is a
data file that a website writes and sends to your computer when you visit the Site. The Services may not
be fully functional unless you accept use of Internet cookies. This information is used to identify who you
are when you make a request to the Services. If you allow your browser to accept Rooster Brands
cookies, a cookie is set and trusted when you return to the Services after visiting an external site. After
you log out of the Services, the cookie is deleted. We are not responsible for the use of cookies by other
websites that may be accessed through us.
Rooster Brands gathers information about its users collectively and logs IP addresses, session sources,
and other data that track access to the Site. We analyze these logs to better understand aggregate
behavior and to monitor performance of our Services. The logs are analyzed to ascertain the overall
aggregate trends they reveal about our users, but not as a means of tracking the behavior of individual
users outside our Site. This information is used for the purposes of maintaining and improving the
Services and expanding its capabilities.
Information about your mobile device may be collected when your device interacts with the Site and
Rooster Brands, even if you are not logged into a Site using your device. If you have questions about the

Use and Disclosure of Collected Information
We do not use or share your personal information with others except as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Rooster Brands primarily uses personal information to provide Services to Camp Providers and Parents.
For example, we may:
- transmit Parent and Camper information received from Parents to Camp Providers, as requested by Parents through the Services;
- provide contact information associated with Camp Providers to Parents who have questions regarding those Camp Providers; and
- provide dashboards and other tools as part of the Services to allow Camp Providers to keep track of Camper information and enrollments.
Rooster Brands is not responsible for use made of Parent and Camper information by Camp Providers
outside of the Service. This Privacy Policy does not modify any of the privacy policies, terms and/or
agreements between a Camp Provider and Parents. We encourage Parents to examine the information
use and privacy policies of Camp Providers. We do require that all users of our Service comply with
applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Rooster Brands may also disclose and use personal information:
- to alert you of new Services features and enhancements;
- to enhance and test the Services;
- to respond to support issues;
- notify you of upgrade opportunities, promotions, and special offers;
- to companies who work for Rooster Brands to provide one or more parts of the Services or that provide related administrative functions (such as support Services, web analytics, and fraud detection). These third-parties may have access to your personal information; if they do, this access is only so that they may perform these tasks on our behalf and they are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) comply with a legal process or law, or to respond to a government request for information, (2) enforce the terms of use or other agreements, (3) respond to claims that any content on the Site or Services violates the rights of third-parties, or that otherwise arise from your use of the Services, or (4) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Rooster Brands, its users, or the public; and

Children
Although we obtain information from Parents about their children who are Campers or prospective Campers, we do not knowingly allow children under the age of eighteen (18) to sign up for an account on the Services or to otherwise disclose any of their personal information to us. If you are under 18 years old, please do not use or access our Services. If we later obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 18 years of age, we will take steps to remove that user’s account from our systems. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 18 whom you believe has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us at [email protected] so that we may delete and remove the child’s information from our systems.
Opt-Out
We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving certain communications from us, by emailing us at [email protected] In addition, all marketing e-mails from Rooster Brands will provide you with the opportunity to unsubscribe from future marketing mailings. Even if you opt out of such mailings, however, we reserve the right to send you e-mail and other communications related to Services, including without limitation support and maintenance issues.

The Site may contain links to other websites or internet information. We have no responsibility for the
privacy practices of other websites, including the websites of our advertisers or our business partners.

or representation of our affiliation with that third-party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or
information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over any third-party or any thirdparty
website. Other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or
